The Telly Toad website brings together a group of television and media insiders who decided to introduce their village pub debates about what is good and bad in the media industry to a wider audience. We’ll highlight the weird and wonderful aspects of TV, from strange European satellite trends to the not-to-be missed fringe programmes from closer to home.
The team currently includes site administrator and “that was my idea” Jason, who works as a showbiz agent and tends to get rather fruity after a few beers, our “wishes to remain anonymous” critic, whose day job at the BBC involves solving other people’s problems, and Stuart, a former consumer electronics journalist who we’ve roped in to help with the technical aspects of the site and to comment on the state of HD broadcasts (he’s the one with the big screen and even bigger satellite dish).
We’re also allowing you, our visitors, to pass comment on our stories and let us know if you’ve spotted anything on television or radio that you either love, or is annoying as heck.
